These Terms apply to your use of our website and to purchases made from us, unless separate written terms are expressly agreed.
2. Important Notice About Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 where they apply.
3. Eligibility to Use the Website
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian;
- the information you provide is accurate, current and complete;
- you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
4. Products and Specialist-Market Nature of Goods
We specialise in high-value football memorabilia, including match-worn, player-worn, match-issued and player-issued items.
Because of the specialist nature of our products:
- Items may show signs of use, wear, modification, asymmetry, manufacturing variation, athlete-service customisation, hand-finishing, and player-specific alterations;
- Such characteristics may be part of the item’s authenticity and do not automatically constitute defects;
- Colours and fine details may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting and photography.
We aim to describe items accurately, but minor non-material wording refinements, clarifications or additional technical detail added later do not of themselves mean the original listing was inaccurate.
5. Product Listings and Availability
All product listings are invitations to treat, not offers capable of immediate acceptance. A contract is formed only when we accept your order or reservation in writing.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:
- Withdraw items from sale;
- Refuse any order or reservation;
- Correct errors in listings, pricing or availability;
- Update descriptions where appropriate for clarity.
6. Orders Placed Through the Website
When you place an order through the website, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline that offer at our discretion.
If we accept your order, we will normally do so by sending a confirmation email. Until then, no binding contract for the sale of goods is formed.
We may cancel or refuse an order where, for example:
- The item is unavailable;
- We suspect fraud or unauthorised activity;
- Pricing or listing errors have occurred;
- Delivery or compliance issues arise;
- We reasonably believe the order is not genuine.
7. Reservation Deposits and Structured Payment Plans
Certain items may be offered on a reservation basis or under a structured payment plan.
A reservation deposit is a payment made to:
- Secure an item,
- Remove it from public sale,
- Stop marketing or outreach in relation to that item,
- And reserve it for you pending completion of the balance.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, a reservation deposit is non-refundable once accepted.
Where a structured payment plan is agreed:
- The item will ordinarily remain reserved only while payments are made in accordance with the agreed schedule;
- If you fail or refuse to complete the purchase, or otherwise indicate that you do not intend to proceed, we may treat the reservation as terminated and return the item to sale.
Any goodwill offered by us in relation to a cancelled reservation or incomplete payment plan is entirely discretionary and does not create a precedent.
8. Prices
All prices are as displayed at the relevant time, unless an obvious error has occurred.
Unless stated otherwise, prices:
- May not include shipping, duties, import charges, taxes, payment processing fees, or other ancillary charges;
- May be shown in different currencies for convenience.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time before acceptance of an order or reservation.
9. Payment
We accept payment through the payment methods made available on the site from time to time, including Shopify/Shop Pay, Stripe and other supported methods.
You confirm that:
- The payment method used is authorised by you;
- The billing information provided is accurate;
- You will pay all sums due, including any agreed fees, taxes, shipping charges or other properly disclosed charges.
Where processing fees or third-party transaction costs are incurred in connection with a transaction, these may be non-refundable where they represent real costs already paid to third parties.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delay caused by:
- Couriers,
- Customs,
- Weather,
- Strikes,
- Import issues,
- Events outside our reasonable control.
For consumer orders, risk will usually pass in accordance with applicable law when the goods come into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you to take possession of them. For non-consumer or business transactions, risk may pass earlier where agreed. Any different position agreed for a particular transaction should be confirmed in writing.
11. International Orders
If you order from outside the UK, you are responsible for:
- Customs clearance;
- Import duties;
- Local taxes;
- Handling or brokerage fees.
These charges are imposed by the destination country and are outside our control.
12. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, cancellations, refunds, reservation deposits and store credit are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply, eligible consumers may have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract for many standard delivered goods, subject to the rules and exceptions in those Regulations.
That cancellation right does not automatically apply to reservation deposits in the same way as delivered goods, nor does it override clearly agreed non-refundable reservation arrangements where no sale of delivered goods has been completed. That said, the fairness of all consumer terms still matters under the Consumer Rights Act.
13. Authenticity, Descriptions and Collectible Nature
We take care to describe specialist memorabilia accurately and in good faith.
Given the nature of professional athlete and match-used equipment:
- Certain items may contain asymmetrical or non-retail construction features;
- Left and right boots may contain different internal identifiers, production labels, QR codes, or player-specific alterations;
- Use, wear and player customisation may create differences not seen in retail stock.
Descriptions are to be read reasonably and in the context of the specialist market in which the item is sold.
14. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, branding, website design, logos, images, product copy, layout, and other content on the website are owned by us or used under licence, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website for lawful personal browsing only. You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
15. Acceptable Use
You must not use the website or our communications channels:
- Unlawfully;
- To harass, threaten, abuse or intimidate us, our staff, customers or other third parties;
- To transmit false, misleading, defamatory or abusive content;
- To interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- To scrape, spider or extract data from the website without permission.
We may restrict or refuse service where we reasonably consider conduct to be abusive, threatening, fraudulent or otherwise improper.
16. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Our website may integrate or link to third-party services, including Shopify, Stripe, DHL, analytics providers and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies or performance of third-party websites or services outside our control.
17. Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
18. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Breach of statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss;
- Loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings;
- Business interruption;
- Losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Where you are a consumer, these exclusions apply only so far as they are lawful and fair.
19. Errors and Corrections
We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, factual or technical errors and to clarify or update information on the website where appropriate.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and any expressly agreed written transaction terms, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the relevant transaction or use of the website.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
22. No Waiver
Any failure by us to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you are a business customer, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, you will retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the courts that the law allows. Consumer jurisdiction rights cannot simply be stripped away by standard terms. Terms also need to be fair.
