At BC Boots UK (a trading name of BC Global Sports Ltd), we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you change your mind or the item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it under the terms below.

Cooling-Off Period & Eligibility for Return
• You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return (this includes weekends and public holidays).
• If the 14-day deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, the cancellation period expires at the end of the next business day.
• The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it—with original packaging, tags, and accompanying documentation.
• Please retain your order number or proof of purchase, as we’ll need it to process your return.

How to Begin a Return
1. Email us at info@bcbootsuk.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
2. Alternatively, send us a direct message through our social media @bcbootsuk.
3. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to ship the item.
4. Important: Do not send items back before obtaining authorization—unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Return Shipping
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
• We do not provide prepaid return labels.
• We recommend using a tracked and insured courier, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
• Upon receipt, inspect your order immediately.
• If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include photos and your order number so we can assess and resolve the issue quickly.
• If approved, we’ll cover the return shipping and either issue a refund or send a replacement.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
If you prefer, we can coordinate a direct exchange—contact us after we’ve approved your return.

Refund Processing
• Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Please note: it may take 5–7 working days for your bank or card issuer to credit your account.
• Return shipping costs are not refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
