Rest of World / International: Next working day despatch. 3–7 working days delivery (varies by country).

Tracking Your Order
• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS (where applicable) with your DHL tracking number.
• You can use that number to follow the progress of your delivery on the DHL website or via their mobile app.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For international orders, please be aware:
• Import duties, customs fees, VAT, and handling charges may apply depending on your country.
• These are governed by your local authorities and the buyer is responsible for paying them.
• BC Global Sports Ltd / BC Boots UK cannot predict or absorb these costs.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
• Please ensure the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate (name, street, number, postal code, etc.).
• We cannot be held responsible for delays or misdelivery due to wrong or incomplete addresses.
• If DHL returns a package to us due to failed delivery (wrong address, refusal, etc.), you may be charged the cost of re-shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).
• Send photos of the damaged item and packaging plus your order number.
• We’ll liaise with DHL and aim to resolve the issue — either by resending or refunding, subject to investigation.
Multiple Items & Split Shipments
• If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability or warehouse location.
• You’ll receive separate tracking numbers in that case.
Changes or Cancellations
• If you need to change your address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
• Once dispatched, we may not be able to stop or reroute the delivery.
